Muslim and Christian both had  a staunch view regarding the Bible. Whether of its authenticity or the contradictions it contained. The outcome of such an approached caused christian to either reject it, blind follow it or some cases belittle it. In contrary  Muslim  would look for contradiction and try to disprove it.How many really have a correct understanding on how the greatest of Muslim perceived the Bible.

Abu Hurayrah said, the  people of the book  used to read the tawrah in ibraniyah(hebrew) and explain it in Arabic to the Muslim, so the Messenger of Allah SAS said ” Do not believe the People of the Book, nor disbelieve them, but rather ” say, ” We believe in Allah and what has been revealed to us” Surat -Al Baqarah 2:135

Could Jesus & The Injeel be a doorway to change the discussion in make room for sincerity? Allah Knows bestJohn Fontain, the author of the booklet chose a different approach, and simply tried to place a big question mark into peoples minds. The Manchester based Da´ee found a direct connection within the bible which strengthen the historical narrative of the Quran. In Mark chapter 1 verse 14 something astonishing is being revealed.

14 After John was put in prison, Jesus went into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of God. 15 “The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!

The problem with the average person is that they are not aware of the science behind translation and there are many cultural issues in translation. The original meaning lost in translation to the extent  key words are being  misinterpreted.John Fontain`s discovery in Mark illustrates the problem. “the good news of God” in the ancient Greek manuscript is translated as Ijeelia which is an equivalent to Gospel. The Quran addresses the bible many times as injeel in reference to Isa( May peace be upon him)

Fontain´s makes a point by stating that Jesus was given a book. This raises the question where is this book and its teaching ?. The new testament had been written after Jesus( may peace be upon him) time.If someone claims to love Jesus and the truth, it only becomes a matter of time to receive the  real answer. In the meantime let us spread the message of  Jesus & injeel and perhaps  a whole generation could have a different outlook on life. We at internchange stay positive and expect good from this booklet by the permission of Allah swt.
